Johnny is the owner and principal broker of the Jones Company. He began his real estate career in 1969, and established the Jones Company in 1986. Having brokered deals with Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, and Tractor Supply Company, he has established strong relationships with national retailers, enabling him to provide unparalleled service to his clients. He has strong relationships with local business having brokered numerous shopping centers. With over two hundred and fifty million dollars in sales he has more than established himself as one of the top commercial agents in the region. Johnny was formerly a member of the Rutherford Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is currently the Secretary/Treasurer of the Industrial Development Board of Rutherford County. Johnny is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Richard, a licensed Broker, is a graduate of University of Mississippi and is a pharmacist who has owned and operated pharmacies in Rutherford County for many years. He has been involved in real estate since 1990 and participated in Middle Tennessee Medical Center’s acquisition of Louisa Center, located on Bell Street and N. Highland Avenue, in Murfreesboro. In the mid 90’s Richard also sold Center Hill Marina at Cove Hollow on Center Hill Lake, to the present owners.

Richard and his wife Alice have resided in Murfreesboro following a stint as a pilot in the US Air Force. Richard specializes in selling and leasing retail space.

John began his career in property management in 1978 and Real Estate brokerage in 1988. Since then, John T. has developed over 1,000 residential lots and commercial, office, and retail centers. His expertise goes beyond the development and management of real estate. With over thirty million dollars in sales, he is one of the top commercial agents in the region. John’s diversified background allows him to service a wide variety of client’s needs.

Paul holds a master of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee. He was previously employed as a transportation engineer until 1995, at which time he joined his family in the hospitality business. Since then he has owned and developed multiple businesses including hotels, restaurants, convenience markets, retail centers, etc. Paul decided to enter the real estate field to assist clients in finding the perfect location for their needs..
